Arctic Centre will act as a moderator for the discussions. The event will be conducted in English.
Barents Café is intended for all interested in Barents issues. The target groups are journalists, students and wider public. The event is hosted by the Barents Mediasphere project funded by the European Union’s
Kolarctic ENPI cross border co-operation programme and the
Arctic Centre, University of Lapland.
